Returns are sometimes necessary for all kinds of reasons. As part of SinPlayPen’s efforts to provide outstanding customer service, you can return any item sold on our site for any reason whatsoever during the first 30 days with our 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
Our customer service representatives will work with you to resolve the situation by replacing the original item, substituting a similar item, or refunding your money.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return through our returns center or by contacting our customer support. However, you will need to contact us from your registered email ID or mobile number.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You will need to contact our Customer Service department with your registered email ID or mobile number to inform them about this as soon as possible.
In the body of the message, please reference the order number, and explain the defect on the item.
If the defect is visible, we will require photos sent to us displaying the defect on the item. Please have all this information available when contacting us.
If a replacement is desired, the defective item will be replaced upon validation of the defect. But make sure you have all the product parts, accessories, and packaging that came with the product intact.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and lubricants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department with your registered email ID or mobile number, so we can verify you to proceed for any support. In the body of the message, please reference the order number.
Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item.
All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
If a product is ordered by mistake, the responsibility lies with the customer. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or exchanged for a different product.
Customers who wish to return a mistakenly ordered item must wait until they receive it and then follow our standard return procedures.
Return shipping costs and any associated fees will be the responsibility of the customer, and the item must be returned in its original, unopened condition to qualify for a refund.
